Privacy policy

Your vault

Vault content is processed and stored only in your browser on your device. Crowdtech Media Ltd does not receive memory text, titles, tags, project names, filenames, search terms, backups or passphrases.

Droidex browser extension

The extension reads a chat on ChatGPT or Claude only when you click "Save this chat". It hands the text directly to your open Droidex tab on the same computer, keeps it in temporary browser memory for at most 10 minutes, and never sends it to Crowdtech Media Ltd or any other server. It does not read or store passwords, cookies or sessions, and contains no analytics or tracking. Captured data is not sold, shared or used for any purpose other than saving it into your own vault.

Exports you make

Text you copy or download is plaintext and no longer protected by vault encryption. Copies pasted into other AI tools are governed by those providers.

Accounts and payments (not yet active)

If enabled in future, accounts would hold only account, plan, payment-reference and consent records. Processors: [TO BE LISTED].

Analytics

No vault-content telemetry, session replay, ads or marketing trackers on vault screens. Optional diagnostics, if ever offered, will be off by default.
